Terms of sale

If there is an obstacle to your participation, we recommend transferring your participation to a colleague at no additional cost. The participant may be changed up until the start of the event.

If participation is completely canceled at least two (2) weeks before the course date, we will charge 15% + VAT of the participation fee as administrative expenses. For cancellations made after this period, the participation fee will not be refunded.

In case of force majeure, where the course needs to be moved to another date, the registrations will remain valid for the new date. If the course is cancelled, the paid registrations will be fully refunded.
