Matias helps design teams build AI maturity thoughtfully and effectively. Over the past several years, he’s guided design teams at companies like KONE, Siili, Sanoma, and Futurice through their AI adoption journey. He has trained over 1000 designers across 20+ organizations on AI.
Background: 15 years in design and strategy. Former Design Director at Idean (now part of frog), strategist at N2, and analyst at Facebook (now Meta).
